MacWave Refund Policy

Goods returned for refund will only be approved and refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

 The date of purchase will be counted as the first day of purchase.

All refunds and exchanges will only be considered if the original invoice accompanies the return.

 All refunds exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 MacWave label sticker on the goods should not be removed, damaged or modified in any way without the express written permission of MacWave.

Three working days of examination of the returned goods will be taken to identify whether they are still in perfect working condition, without any damage caused by the customer or not before the refund will be approved. The mode of payment used during the purchase will be the same mode refunds will be issued.

80% of the purchase value of the product(s) will be qualified for refund if correctly supplied goods are returned strictly within 7 days of the purchase as per the date reflected on the original tax invoice, provided the product(s) are still in their original, undamaged packaging.

70% of the purchase value of the product(s) will be qualified for refund if correctly supplied goods are returned after 8 days but before 14 days after the purchase as per the date reflected on the original tax invoice, provided the product(s) are still in their original, undamaged packaging.

 No Cash refund will be approved if products are returned after 15 days from the date of purchase as per the date reflected on the original tax invoice
